Contact enquiries

The contact form transmits your name, email address, optional company and message. These details are stored to handle your enquiry. The implementation uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database storage and Resend for email notification. If you contact me directly by email, the email provider also processes the message.

Technical visit information

The public website processes technical visit information, including the page, time, referring page, browser, device and approximate network and location information. The server uses IPinfo for network enrichment and stores a salted hash of the IP address. Hashing does not guarantee anonymity. A network match does not establish a visitor’s identity or a recruitment decision. Plausible is also used for usage statistics.

Retention and requests

Data is needed only for its stated purpose or an applicable retention requirement. The intended retention period for technical visit logs is 90 days. Actual deletion and service settings require regular review. Contact enquiries may be retained for the duration of the professional correspondence. You can request a review or deletion of stored information.
